--- INDEPENDENT One to abide by his own rules and regulations, this kid has his own unique code of honor. Tell him what to do and he'll reject any ideas that you throw at him. Simply, he listens to himself and does what he wants, when he wants. A very active, creative, and always ticking vivid imagination feeds his independence and originality. Stereotypes can go fly a kite. Aki won't be one to try and fit in with any particular crowd. A group of friends that he can call his own without a label is all he needs. --- SOCIABLE It seems that only lucky people meet Aki. Once one meets him, they can easily become his friend and Aki will welcome them with his venturesome, devoted, free loving, and valiant nature. Need someone to talk to about your ups and downs? He'll always be there to share ones joys and worries. Motivating others to succeed in life is at the top of his list of things to do. Not being one to judge, he teds to get along with everyone. The "weird" people are the ones that he hangs out with more though. --- INQUISITIVE No question is left unasked or a puzzle unsolved when it comes to Aki. His mind has no boundaries and is always coming up with no ideas. One to seek answers, Aki will dive himself into a trail set on knowledge and research with no one able to break his focus. Being to curious at times, he tends to ask to many questions about people's personal lives. Any form of art is something he can easily study. Aki greatly enjoys trying to find what's running through people's minds when they've completed an art.

Aki was born on February 14, 1989 in Aogashima, Tokyo. He has two younger sisters (Kaze, age 17 and Yuuki, age 13) that look up to him. He's sworn to protect them no matter what the cost. Coming home with alcohol on their breath and leaving behind a mess for his sisters and himself to clean up, Aki developed a lingering hate for his unemployed parents. The vivid memory of the screams and yells of his father to his sisters is engraved in his mind. Standing up for them at a young age, Aki himself was also targeted at.
Growing up on Aogashima island, Aki knew almost everyone since the population was just under 200. Yet, no one ever questioned what happened between him and his family. Due to the islands' school only being for elementary to junior high, his parents packed him and his sisters up and moved them to the heart of Tokyo. Not long after the move, Kaze mysteriously disappeared. Making every effort possible, Aki has tried search Tokyo high and low for his lost sister with little help from his parents and law enforcement. The last lead he got, she was in the United States.
With no change over the years from his parents, frustration grew inside of him. Needing a way to direct negative energy, he took a bigger step in his investigation of finding Kaze. Going off the lead years old now, after Aki finished high school and turned eighteen, he obtained legal guardianship of Yuuki and moved to the states. Finding himself in Philadelphia, and knowing education was still needed, he enrolled in Emerson Academy. Continuing studies now, Aki takes any off time to search. Any clue or lead is better than nothing. The only hope is that Kaze isn't dead.

This is from April 2010. I'm sorry but it's all I can find right now. ._. When my computer crashed, I lost all my RPG sites.
It was all flashing and the sound of bangs. Winner and game over covered the majority of the digital screens. People stared intensely at these games in the arcade. This was his sort of place, where Revlis could be a child and no one could judge him for it. Well it wasn’t like he really cared if he was judged in the first place but this was just where he was able to feel at home. So many games and yet it seemed like he didn’t have enough time or money to play all of them. That was just wrong.
Lucky for him, Revlis had befriended one of the workers rather easily and therefore, he got many free coins to play with. “Go, go, go!” He was playing one of those racing games, driving a virtual car. Oh how he loved it though. The car on the screen had slammed into many other cars and obstacles. He obviously wasn’t very good at the game but that never stopped him from having a good time with it. “No, go!” His voice rose as he got a bit frustrated with his failed attempt at driving. “Come on, you can do it! Go!”
GAME OVER. The words clearly covered the screen as he came in last place, his little red race car not able to hand his reckless driving. The thought of him driving a real car on a real road was scary enough. Maybe that was why he usually stuck with getting a ride or taking his skateboard. “Mr. Llama will come back and eat your jello flavored alien! You will soon face the DOOM of the tuna can!" He yelled all of this back to the game loud enough for the whole arcade to hear him. He needed to calm down.
Frustrated, he jumped out of the seat. Glancing back down at the tickets wrapped around his neck, he wondered what he could trade them in for. Of course, he would get a child’s toy instead of saving all of his tickets for something like a Nintendo Wii with games. There was no fun with that. It wasn’t like you could carry it around and show it off to people. Unlike others, he kept all of his prizes and commonly had odd little trinkets on him at all times. That was Revie for ya and no one could understand it all.

Hello there. There are just a few things I want to mention about your application. First, Emerson is an expensive school. You never mention how he affords it. That's kind of a big deal. Secondly, what is the relevance of his missing sister? How does that relate to him attending an arts school? It seems to be a big part of his history that she's missing and that he is looking for her, but you approach it in such a cold fashion, like it's just another thing he has to deal with versus him caring very much and being deeply upset that she's gone. Why would his resources be funneled into a school he doesn't have to attend when he could be using that to look for his sister? These are pretty important things to address.

- You forgot grade - I don’t really understand why it’s so lucky to meet him? - The history is a tad dramatic, but my biggest issue is this: how did he get himself to America, how is he surviving, and how is he fluent enough in English to attend such a selective school like Emerson?
