STRANGE MAZE, WHAT IS THIS PLACE?

meet kaoru, he's an adorable, energetic young man. he's always got a smile on his lips, however often the smile doesn't quite meet his eyes. he doesn't speak of the past often, if ever, and has the philosophy that the past belongs in the past. he's a flirty guy, though he rarely would actually act if he was interested, he's a bit shy in that manor, but he would let them know he's interested. kao only flirts with men however, having absolutely no interest in women. kaoru is an artist, one who seems to spend a great deal of his time painting or sketching, that is where he can usually be found in fact. he's hesitant to make friends, since his luck in the past hasn't been the best, but he's in a new place and he really wants to put the effort forth. easiest way to win even the tiniest of affections from him quite honestly is through sweets, chupa chups, chocolate and the like. keep in mind that english is kaoru's third language and he won't always get things right, idioms often confuse him, but he does do his best.

kaoru's an bundle of energy and very friendly, but he has a tendency to keep people at a distance, refusing to get to close, however in a new place perhaps he can find some new friends who he actually succeeds in connecting with. he's a little shy, so he's likely not going to be the one to act first, but once he's comfortable enough with a person he'll actually correspond with them more and more. he'll be there for his friends, but he really won't ever speak of himself. so definitely a few friends to plot around with.

enemies, everyone has them, even someone as withdrawn as kao. he's flirty and has a knack for creating obnoxious nickname for people, so this could probably annoy people. other than that unless somehow he offends someone somehow or vis versa there are not too many ways he could have an enemy, but idea's are always welcome here.

lovers are something that kao definitely needs, he's a very affectionate and flirty guy, one who will show interest, but rarely will make the first move, he's getting over having his heart utterly crushed, and needs some people to help him move on. however, apologies to the ladies, because this is solely a category for the guys. he'll probably have a few hook ups, but he's definitely looks for something a little more serious, because he definitely wants to fall in love.
