Your history is incredibly excessive for an application that only calls for 300 words. Before I can even attempt to tackle the rest of this application, I'm going to need you to scale back.
Other than that, watch how many sentences you start with 'Cody' and we really don't need the list of family members and dogs at the beginning.

You need to reformat the title of your application to his full name in lower case, first middle last.
You also need to reformat your display name to his full name in caps.
You fit a lot into your history this time in a lot less words. I get from it what I need to get from it and I congratulate you on cutting it down, however, you really need to watch out for those mistakes. Invest in using your word processor program if you're running a PC. There's also a free program out there called abiword. I also think Firefox does spell check. Read over your posts in the future so that things like "career" don't come out as "carrier" and change the meaning of your sentences.
I'm not going to make you right now, as it isn't that big of a deal. But in the future, you need to watch it.
